Dear m-Infoline team, I wanted to ask you how long you can keep the Almond Drink? Should this drink be kept in the fridge or at room temperature? And my second question would be does this almond drink have sugar in it? I would appreciate a good response from you lg kendlbacher
Some questions are completely unnecessary if you simply scroll down and read the further information. Unsweetened, naturally sugary, UHT products are still good and edible months after the expiration date, provided they are naturally unopened and not exposed to high temperatures. Ideal for emergency stocks.
Hello Kendlbacher, the Alnatura Almond Drink contains no added sugar. The small amount of sugar listed in the nutritional table is natural sugar from the ingredients it contains.
The product can be kept unrefrigerated for a long time (best-before date) thanks to ultra-high heat treatment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a general statement about how long a product will keep after opening. Many factors are responsible for this, which cannot be influenced during production. Storage and storage temperature play an important role. After opening, oxygen and germs naturally present in the air can penetrate from the ambient air and cause a product to spoil.
To delay spoilage for as long as possible, it is advisable to reseal the Alnatura Almond Drink as soon as possible after consumption and to store the opened pack in the refrigerator. The fridge temperature (ideally between 4 and 7°C) and the length of time the product is kept outside the fridge also have an influence on its shelf life.
We give a shelf life of 3 days after opening and when stored in the fridge. In our own experience, however, the product can still be consumed up to a week after opening. It is always advisable to check carefully with all your senses (sight, smell, taste) before eating to see if there is any discernible change. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I have a question about Alnatura oat milk. You used to have Hafer Drink unsweetened calcium oat drink. You've replaced it with another kind, but there's no calcium.
Hello Dylannn, thank you very much for your message. In accordance with the EU Organic Ordinance, it is unfortunately no longer permitted to enrich organic products with calcium. This is why we can no longer offer the product you are looking for. At present, we still sell V-Love oat drink and Oatly oat drink, which contain calcium. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I don't have a question about this product, but I do have a question about the Alnatura coconut product, which is no longer on the shelves. I wanted to take the V-Love one but it contains sugar. So I have two questions: why can't we find this product in the stores and why does a V-Love product, which should be healthy because it's vegan, contain added sugar .....? Thank you in advance for your reply. Best regards. Catherine
Hello Catsize, thank you very much for your question. This item is no longer in our range. Unfortunately, not all our customers were as enthusiastic about it as you were. As an alternative, we have included the V-Love coconut drink in our range. It scored top marks in various consumer tests. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Too bad. I don't find V-Love interesting because of the sugar content. Thank you for your reply.

Why is it so lumpy? Is now the 2nd liter of coffee tastes awful and shreds like sour milk :-(
Hello sunshine61, thank you for your message about the Alnatura almond drink. We regret that this is repeatedly the reason for a complaint - we understand your annoyance. We assume that the lid is not sealed properly. This allows micro-organisms to penetrate and cause the product to spoil prematurely. This means that the main purpose of the packaging, namely to protect the contents, is no longer guaranteed. We carry out random checks on an ongoing basis, during which a general problem quickly becomes apparent. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will contact you privately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are you planning a V-Love Almond Barista milk/drink? The Oat Barista V-Love is the very best oat milk I've ever had, now there should be an almond milk just like it.
Hello Mauii, thank you for your inquiry. A V-Love Almond Barista milk drink is not currently being planned. We have taken your request on board and informed those responsible for the product. We appreciate your suggestions. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, have you ever thought of producing almond milk in smaller packs, for example 300 or 500 ml, which would be more practical when you don't need a large quantity?
Hello Na_bec, thank you for your inquiry. We already offer the Bio aha! rice drink in 500 ml. Unfortunately, this quantity is not particularly popular with our customers. That's why we don't plan to offer the Alnatura drink in smaller quantities. We're sorry we can't give you a better answer. With best regards, your M-Infoline team

I can no longer find cashew milk from Alnatura. Has it been taken out of production? If so, is it coming back? It was my favorite drink!
Hello SweetAleksandra, thank you for your question. In fact, the cashew drink did not meet our expectations, which is why we no longer have it in our range. You can find numerous other milk substitutes under Alnatura and Bio aha! We hope there is a suitable product for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Are these packs recyclable anywhere?
Hello empedokles, thank you for your question. Where it makes ecological sense and is economically viable, the raw materials should be recycled and returned to the material cycles. However, taking back beverage cartons is currently not an issue. These are coated with aluminum and plastic and therefore cannot be handed over to the cardboard collection. Although beverage cartons are still being disposed of with the garbage and then incinerated, the overall environmental impact of this packaging is positive. Cardboard is made from renewable raw materials. Migros is also pursuing the goal of procuring packaging made from FSC-quality wood. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
@empedokles Unlike Migros, Aldi Suisse takes back such cardboard packaging. You can put the packaging in the recycling area next to the plastic bottles (milk, cleaning products). It is labeled.
Beverage carton collection points are listed here: https://www.getraenkekarton.ch/
