Hello The vegan label is indicated on the Migros online store, but the vegan label is not printed on the packaging of the product. I would like to know why it is not printed. Incidentally, the same is the case with Alnatura spelt flour type 1050, and probably with other types of flour too.
Can I be sure that this flour is vegan?
Thank you for your feedback, kind regards
Hello 1q2w3e4r5t, thank you for your inquiry. Both Alnatura flours are purely plant-based and therefore vegan. As the product is from Alnatura, we unfortunately have no influence on the packaging design. However, we are happy to place this with Alnatura. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why not buy more in Visp?
Hello g0cci, thank you for your inquiry. We are sorry that you miss the product in Visp. Due to declining demand, a reclassification took place in February 2021. This means that we only offer the flour in larger and selected stores. The nearest supermarket near you that stocks the product is the store in Glis. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I would like to enquire about the availability of this product. I have not been able to find Alnatura spelt flour 630 on sale for some time now, which is a great pity. Is there a specific reason for this or when can I buy the product again? Thank you in advance and best regards, O.Schreier
Hello Revilo_Kahn, thank you for your inquiry about Alnatura spelt flour. Unfortunately, there is currently a supply interruption, which means that we are unable to offer the product. This interruption is expected to last until the beginning of May - we apologize. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Is this spelt flour crossed with wheat or is it really a 100% original spelt flour without genetic modification? What is the spelt variety from which this flour is made? Thank you very much for your answer. kind regards
I naturally wanted to ask what this Dinkelsort is called, not geisst!:-)
The term "original spelt" is generally used to describe spelt varieties that have not been crossed with wheat. These spelt varieties are varieties without wheat crossbreeding - with the exception of Franckenkorn (which has slight wheat crossbreeding). This means that Alnatura spelt flour type 630 is 100% spelt flour. All Alnatura products are made from organically grown agricultural ingredients. According to the legal requirements of the EU Organic Regulation, the use of genetic engineering is not permitted. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
