Hello The vegan label is indicated on the Migros online store, but the vegan label is not printed on the packaging of the product. I would like to know why it is not printed. Incidentally, the same is the case with Alnatura spelt flour type 1050, and probably with other types of flour too.
Can I be sure that this flour is vegan?

Why not buy more in Visp?

The term "original spelt" is generally used to describe spelt varieties that have not been crossed with wheat. These spelt varieties are varieties without wheat crossbreeding - with the exception of Franckenkorn (which has slight wheat crossbreeding). This means that Alnatura spelt flour type 630 is 100% spelt flour. All Alnatura products are made from organically grown agricultural ingredients.
