Zwieback contains B and E vitamins such as: B1 - thiamine, B2 - riboflavin, B3 - niacin, nicotinic acid, niacin equivalent, B6 - pyridoxine, E - alpha-tocopherol, alpha-tocopheril equivalent, and minerals such as: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and choride. The following spelt varieties are used for Alnatura spelt Zwieback: Bauländer Spelz, Titan, Sirino, Hercule, Sertel, Badengold, Ceralio, Schwabenspelz, Zollernspelz, Alkor, Rubiota and Oberkulmer-Rotkorn. Most of these (e.g. Bauländer Spelz, Oberkulmer-Rotkorn) are pure spelt varieties, but crosses of spelt and wheat (e.g. Hercule) can also be used. We hope you find this information useful.
