Does this rusk contain vitamins and minerals? If so, which ones?
Good morning Michi2000 Unless explicitly mentioned on the packaging, vitamins are not to be listed. Zwieback contains B and E vitamins such as: B1 - thiamine, B2 - riboflavin, B3 - niacin, nicotinic acid, niacin equivalent, B6 - pyridoxine, E - alpha-tocopherol, alpha-tocopheril equivalent, and minerals such as: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and choride. I went to Migros today and bought this rusk. The nutritional values and ingredients are different on the packet. Why is that? Please answer quickly!
Ingredients on my pack: spelt flour type 630 (83%), wholemeal spelt groats 9%, sunflower oil, yeast, sea salt, coriander. nutritional values per 100g: 1697kj/402kcal fat:6.8g saturated fat:0.7g carbohydrates: 70g sugar:2.2g fiber: 4.3g protein:13g salt: 0.98g
Hello Michi2000, the recipe was optimized last autumn. The new recipe uses sunflower oil instead of palm oil and spelt in demeter quality. The list of ingredients online is not up to date. We will update it. Thank you for letting us know. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The following spelt varieties are used for Alnatura spelt Zwieback: Bauländer Spelz, Titan, Sirino, Hercule, Sertel, Badengold, Ceralio, Schwabenspelz, Zollernspelz, Alkor, Rubiota and Oberkulmer-Rotkorn. Most of these (e.g. Bauländer Spelz, Oberkulmer-Rotkorn) are pure spelt varieties, but crosses of spelt and wheat (e.g. Hercule) can also be used. We hope you find this information useful.
