Is this bulgur precooked, quick-cooking? Why can't I find precooked bulgur in Migros Deutweg Winterthur or Migros Seen Winterthur?

It is then peeled, dried and crushed. Alnatura bulgur takes around ten minutes to cook according to the instructions on the pack. The Alnatura range is available in selected Migros branches.
