Why did it go from 2.40 to 3.35 CHF in just a few months?
Hello Lgccn, thank you for your question. The price increase for "Alnatura natural orange juice" is the result of global challenges affecting orange production. Diseases, including one known as "citrus greening," as well as extreme weather conditions such as droughts and storms, have led to significant crop losses in recent years. This shortage is driving up the cost of sourcing oranges worldwide, which unfortunately has an impact on retail prices. We are doing everything we can to offer high-quality products at a fair price. As soon as the situation on the global market eases, we will reassess our prices and lower them if possible. Best regards, Your M-Infoline team

Which country do the oranges come from?
Hello Chipsfresser, thank you for your question. Depending on availability, orange juice can come from one or more different countries. These are then printed on the corresponding packaging. The oranges can come from Spain (ES), Mexico (MX), Brazil (BR) and South Africa (SA). Depending on availability, oranges can also be sourced from other countries. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

OK - I figured it out myself. I searched by country abbreviation and not by country code. Now it works.

Alnatura products have abbreviations which are intended to declare their origin. But how do you find out which abbreviation stands for which country?
Sali fonero The usual international country codes apply. Kind regards from your M-Infoline team
