Oats or spelt?

Thank you for your thoughtful comment. This is still an old picture, which is no longer correct.
The muesli was originally a spelt crunchy. However, as there is practically no organic spelt available on the market at the moment, the recipe had to be changed to oats (oat crunchy)
After the spelt harvest in July and August, the recipe will be adapted to spelt again.
