Delicious. I like the slightly stronger taste of Grade C - the maple syrup which is harvested towards the end of the season, is slightly less sweet than Grade A, but contains more minerals and therefore more flavor. I prefer to use it to sweeten my homemade PowerBalls.

It's not bad, and it's the biggest bottle, whereas real maple syrup is sold in a smaller, much more expensive format. Unfortunately, it seems that MBudget no longer exists, which used to allow me to make a mix, but that's no longer possible. So I make do with MBud honey, but I'm beginning to tire of it on the palate.
