Super product for quick cooking
This ginger juice is pure, naturally cloudy and has a lot going for it. I like to use it together with syrup or lemon juice and find it easier and quicker to prepare a drink with it than with freshly squeezed/grated ginger.
If you leave the bottle to stand for a while, suspended particles settle at the bottom of the bottle - in this case a sign of quality - just give it a quick shake.
Once opened, the bottle will keep for quite a long time in the fridge. I've never had any problems.
CONCLUSION: An absolute must in my household, and something I always have on hand. Whether mixed into tea or as a refreshing lemonade, this juice is intense, rich and practical.
