Very subtle taste. Rather bland-tasting with less pronounced flavor sensations. Also not suitable as a soup base for stronger and spicier soups.
It's great that there is no artificially added iodine in the salt, and you can spice up the taste yourself, e.g. with spicy vegetables such as steamed leeks or spring onions and/or an extra pinch of salt. In any case, this stock makes a good base for soups, sauces or even salad dressings for potato salad, etc. And surprisingly, this bouillon does not even contain any chemical preservatives.
