Hello, my partner is not allowed to eat anything raw at the moment. She couldn't find any indication in the instructions as to whether the apple-mango puree was pureed raw or cooked. There is nothing written about this. (For example, it does not say: "pasteurized".
Hello djembeplus, all Alnatura fruit jars - including the apple puree with mango - are pasteurized for preservation. The fruit is washed, sorted, chopped, heated, pureed and blended. Before bottling, the fruit pulp is heated again and then bottled. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migipedia Team. We buy the product regularly, but the last two jars were extremely runny in consistency, almost like apple juice. The one product we opened tasted fine (as far as we could tell), but we had to drink it instead of spooning it. Probably a "production error"? I found the following number on the lid: L-P-32212256 MHD 11/2019 Can you clarify whether there has been a processing error here? Or why both jars are/were so watery? Many thanks and best regards saranja
Thank you very much for contacting us. We apologize for the long wait. We have discussed your letter with our responsible department and can inform you of the following. The production records and retained samples do not show any defects. During the production of the batch mentioned, the viscosity value in the end product was also checked. The values of the test were within the specification. For this reason, we assume a one-off quality deviation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
