I bought the product for the first time. Unfortunately there were hardly any almond slivers on it. Is that usual? There are plenty on the packaging. Otherwise the cookie tastes good, dark chocolate very tasty.

There were also no signs of abnormalities in our production documents. In view of these results, we cannot explain how the small amount of almond slivers clearly visible in the photo came about. As an immediate measure, we asked all areas involved to ensure that the product is processed correctly. We are continuing to monitor the issue closely. If necessary, we will make adjustments. In the stores around where I live, where this product is normally available, these delicious biscuits are suddenly no longer available. Is it a supply shortage or has the product been removed from the range by Migros or even Alnatura? The latter would of course be a disaster, as these are the best biscuits in the world... ;)

Why does it say 6 biscuits? We have 8 biscuits!
