Hello Amyluan, thank you for your inquiry. The seeds are generally removed from the pumpkin used. However, it can happen that a few isolated seeds remain in the raw material and are also processed. The pumpkin is chopped before further processing. It is then cooked until soft and passed through a mill. This produces a fine consistency by grinding potential product lumps.
