Excellent for making pizza, it doesn't lose too much water.
Really bad. I've never seen mozzarella like this before. It's like gum with incredible strings. Be careful when eating it, as you might throw up or choke. As soon as it cools down, it becomes hard. 🤢🤮
Tasteless rubber. I won't be fooled again. Even on pizza, it's disgusting.
