What is the difference between these Mozzarelline and M-Budget products?
Production method? Origin of ingredients?

Both mozzarella variants are made in Switzerland, but by different producers. The ingredients are identical for both products, so you can enjoy the same taste and quality in both cases. The difference lies in the content: M-Budget mozzarella contains 15 grams more than Alfredo mozzarelline. What's more, Alfredo mozzarelline keeps for four days longer. So it's very practical if you want to keep it longer. We're constantly updating our range to offer you as wide a choice of products as possible. Will definitely not buy this product again .... Sour again today and every time 3 days before the expiration date !!!!

How can it be that mozzarella always turns sour before the date printed on the original sealed bag has expired? This has happened to me several times now and it really tastes like sour milk. I'm not usually fussy, but I'm just surprised. Normally the dates are always shorter than necessary.

Pack was bloated in the fridge 8 days before date and 12 days before use-by date.
