Will definitely not buy this product again .... Sour again today and every time 3 days before the expiration date !!!!

How can it be that mozzarella always turns sour before the date printed on the original sealed bag has expired? This has happened to me several times now and it really tastes like sour milk. I'm not usually fussy, but I'm just surprised. Normally the dates are always shorter than necessary.

Pack was bloated in the fridge 8 days before date and 12 days before use-by date.
