When it says Swiss product, does that mean that the milk and processing come from Switzerland? Some Alfredo products declare that the milk comes from Italy, does this apply to all Alfredo products?

Hello Mialania, thank you for your question. On the Alfredo products that are produced in Dagmersellen, we always state Swiss origin. The milk also comes from Switzerland. You can rely on the Swiss cross printed on the cheese. Because if it is printed on the cheese, the milk must also come from Switzerland. If the product in question comes from Italy, then the milk also comes from there. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would like more information about the compatibility of Alfredo Mozzarella for people with zoeliac disease. Is this cheese produced together with products that contain gluten and could there therefore be carry-over? Or is cross-contamination ruled out?

Hello PatrickHA, the Alfredo Classico mozzarella stick also does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Therefore: Pay attention to the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten". You can find more information on our information sheet on gluten-free nutrition (see: www.migros.ch/aha). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

In Migros magazine week 41, the price was advertised with the note "Favorite product - price permanently reduced" with a new price of CHF 2.45 instead of CHF 2.90. Now the price has been increased again to CHF 2.50. Now the price has been increased again to CHF 2.50. Can you tell me why this is?

Hello Motz-arella, thank you for your comment. It is true that our supplier increased prices due to milk prices. We had to transfer some of this to our sales prices. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
