Please send us the bottle well packaged to Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, M-Infoline / Reference 20210327-0600, Limmatstrasse 152, 8031 Zurich. Hello customer service, just a quick note to say that I have now opened a new bottle of Alexis and it tastes like olive oil again! No trace of lemon balm... Perhaps it was only this one bottle that was affected (which you have already received in the meantime, I think). Kind regards, M. Nicholson
Dear customer service, thank you very much for your letter and shopping voucher, I was very pleased! It's a shame that the bottle didn't arrive at the supplier. Did you test it beforehand? The lemon flavor was unmistakable! However, it must have been an isolated deviation - still no problem, lemon oil tastes good too! So thank you again for the gift and a good week to you all! Dear Customer Service, until now, the producer of the Alexis oils was Mani Bläuel, but now it no longer says anything. Has the producer changed or is the oil now blended from different producers? Many thanks and best regards K. Nieuwlands
