Not a good product. Long list of ingredients with lots of additives and flavorings, and breadcrumbs don't belong in falafel either. Get the Alnatura product, it costs significantly less, is organic, has a shorter list of ingredients with lots of chickpeas and tastes even better.
Unfortunately I didn't like this product, very hard and you can taste the yeast.

Unfortunately, this falafel mix didn't convince me at all. I don't know if it's because of the spices added to the mix, but I found the taste horrible.
