Is this product completely alcohol-free and vegetarian? Is there any cross-contamination with alcohol or animal ingredients/slaughter fats?
Hello Acalyanur, the product only contains animal ingredients that originally come from milk. It is a dairy product made from whole milk (lacto-vegetarian). No rennet is added, but a microbial enzyme (lactase). No alcoholic substances are added. Cross-contamination with alcohol and/or other animal products can be ruled out.
