Dear Migros
Would it be possible to make this pizza dough without added sugar?
The structure and taste should not change in and of themselves. All hand-picked ingredients contain natural sugars themselves.🧐 However, the sugar level could benefit noticeably from this in terms of health.🙂
Note:
The (sweet brother) puff pastry was made exemplarily without added sugar - and yet it tastes fantastic.😉

Will this dough ever be available in sufficient quantities or in more stores? When I look for it in Zurich - City or Airport, it has mostly been sold out in the last year.

Why are there so many "E's" in this pizza dough and especially some that shouldn't be there at all "E464", "E472e", etc?
