Hello Kendlbacher, salt is usually a main component of bouillons, hence the relatively high salt content. The salt content of aha! vegetable bouillon is not particularly high compared to other bouillons in powder form, but is within the normal range. If you don't like the salt content or saltiness of this bouillon, Knorr salt-free vegetable bouillon https://www.migros.ch/en/product/106101300000 may be an alternative for you. Hello, unfortunately the bouillon has been taken out of our range. Why does Migros advertise allergen-free products, why do I go to Migros specifically for this reason (AHA line) and then no longer find the product? It was the ONLY allergen-free bouillon in the store. This is not a request, but an appeal to the minds of the distributors who design the range. A little thought would be very helpful. The product belongs on the shelf, there is no other way around it. That's it!!!
Why not make this product without celery too? After all, it's an Aha product, and celery is a widespread allergen.

What about iodine and fluoride?

Thank you for your message.
We use iodized table salt (25mg/kg according to the specifications of the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office) in most of our products. This can also be seen in the list of ingredients. However, sea salt is used in this particular product. For this reason, the product contains iodine and fluoride, if at all, only in trace amounts.

I am looking for a standby bouillon not only for lactose intolerance but also without yeast (extract) and which does not taste as strongly of celery as the one from Coop.
