The flour is quite good for breads. I just find the taste of buckwheat flour too dominant in cakes. However, the biscuit was not dry at all but very fluffy and moist.

So handy when you're gluten intolerant! I use it for pastries, cakes, crepe dough, etc...
I use a little more fat when baking because otherwise everything turns out a little dry otherwise it's a great option for gluten-free
