The aha! label is not simply a "free pass" for all allergy sufferers! aha! products are optimized with regard to one or more triggers of allergies or other intolerances (gluten, milk, eggs, etc.). Which trigger(s) are involved is clearly indicated on the packaging (in the case of these farmers: "gluten-free with oats"). Depending on the recipe, other allergenic ingredients may be included. A lactose-free product, for example, may - but does not have to - contain gluten-containing ingredients or allergen X (e.g. peanuts). It is therefore important to study the information on the packaging carefully and then make your choice according to your personal individual restrictions and needs.
