Unsatisfactory in terms of quality. Dense and somewhat hard consistency. Neutral taste. Often smells fermented as soon as you open the packet. No comparison to high-quality tofu, e.g. from Engel.
Tofu as a side dish, tofu as a snack, tofu as a main course. I would really miss something without tofu.
