Why is the product not available anywhere in Zurich?
The product is probably only available regionally (Bern) and not in the MG Zurich. Maybe take a look at Farmy, where it is also available for Zurich residents.
Thanks for the tip! 👍 But more than double the price at Farmy seems like a fantasy extortionate price to me and I won't pay that on principle.

What is the shelf life of this product once opened and stored in the refrigerator?
Hello gluexfee Thank you for contacting us. We have looked into your inquiry with the relevant specialist department and our supplier. According to the producer, raw sweetcorn can be kept for 6 days after opening, sealed and refrigerated. However, we cannot provide a guarantee. It is also easy to determine whether the raw sweetcorn is still fresh by its appearance and taste. We hope we have helped you with this answer and wish you a wonderful autumn season. your M-Infoline team
I have it open for 4 weeks or more, no problem

Is this product also available in Migros Aare? Only in large stores or also in medium-sized stores? Many thanks!
I would like to know why this product cannot be found on the shelves of Migros Neuchâtel Fribourg, even though for a time it was available in the assortment and, above all, other Masshard products (cooked red cabbage, apple purée, for example) can be found there. Do we have to submit to the desires and decisions of an uninspired PM? it would be a real shame, because it really is an excellent product, and a natural one at that. It would be a good idea to remedy the situation and please consumers too.
I bought the product twice in German-speaking Switzerland. I can't find the product in Ticino, and I don't get an answer when I ask. Migros wants to demand healthy food and not just focus on sales volumes. When will the product be available in Ticino? Or is Migros in Ticino much more interested in selling Italian products?
There is currently not enough demand for raw suir cabbage in Ticino to introduce this regional product. your M-Infoline team
"There is currently not enough demand for raw sweet cannabis in Ticino,..." if you don't even try, there won't be any demand. Incidentally, the answer confirms that the focus is only on sales success (at least in Ticino) and not on customer health
As a "Migros co-owner" I would like to know how you checked the possible demand or is this answer simply to silence customers?
Good evening @bruninoNothing to do with demand. Two years ago, the regional product was only listed in the Lucerne cooperative. Now also in other Swiss-German cooperatives. But not in the cooperatives west of the Saane and in Ticino. So not in the cooperatives in Neuchâtel-Fribourg, Vaud, Geneva, Valais/Valais and your Ticino. Best regards Frederica
Thank you Frederica, Migros replied that there was no demand. I also believe that this is a standard answer, without addressing the needs. This is often the case at Migros Ticino.
The product (different producer) is available in the Coop in Ticino. Thank you Coop
Thank you for your comments brunino. We apologize for our late response. Sauerkraut products are not very popular in Ticino. Unfortunately, these products do not correspond to the Latin taste. That is why it is not offered in the Ticino cooperative. We are unable to provide details of how demand is checked, as this internal information is not disclosed. Offering a product that is rarely bought and may then have to be disposed of does not make sense from our point of view. The needs of our customers are very important to us, but we cannot fulfill every single wish. We therefore ask for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you for the long explanation, but it does not satisfy me. The founder of Migros was concerned about Swiss products, the health of consumers, helping poorer customers, etc. Unfortunately, Migros is moving further and further away from these principles. SUURCHABIS is a healthy product and Migros could advertise it in the Migros magazines (Azione in Ticino) if it wanted to. It is also an inexpensive Swiss product. I don't want to quibble about this product now, but I would like to point out that statements and reality should match. Migros is committed to nature conservation and advertises cruises in the newspapers, Migros is committed to Swiss products and sells more products from Italy in Ticino. Of course, Migros also does good things. For example, the renovation of the Monte Generoso railroad and Botta's summit structure. Wonderful, but I don't have the money to visit the summit, as a pensioner I have to be careful with every franc.
