Hello, how much I. E. does the D3 capsule contain per day, intake? Do you need this product in summer or is it only limited to winter?
Can this product also be taken in the fall and/or spring?
Seriously, I'm no expert, but my doctor tells me that if you have a vitamin D deficiency, you need to spend a lot of time in direct sunlight, so take it in winter. Unless you just sit at home in the summer.
Hello fitios, 1 tablet contains 20 μg of vitamin D, which corresponds to 800 international units. According to the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO), people between the ages of 3 and 60 do not need additional vitamin D in summer (June to September) if they regularly spend time outdoors. In winter, the body's own production of vitamin D is not sufficient to cover the requirement. The vitamin D supply should therefore be ensured through diet or nutritional supplements. Is the vitamin K MK-7 All-trans?
