Couldn't push in ampoule lid by hand, needs a lot of force! I knocked the lid upside down on the shelf. top taste, now waiting for effect!

The description on the packaging on how to press in the lid did not work. even a third person could not manage the process. Had to unscrew. I'm not sure whether I didn't get any of the contents in the top.
It really boosts my vitamin b12.
