Always felt tired. Took this product for 30 days. I feel like I've been reborn. Of course this product is overdosed, but it is not meant to be taken daily for a lifetime.
The maximum dose for a woman in vitamin b6 is 1.4mg per day, but the dosage on the box is 4.2mg per tablet.... Why sell overdosed products without warning of possible harmful side effects?
