Hello Migros Team, as a vegetarian of several years' standing, I am considering taking the Vegetarian Depot B12 pills in future. (Wouldn't it make sense to add Omega 3?) But now I've also seen your actilife AllinONE DEPOT tablets, which contain a few additional vitamins/minerals. Is it advisable to take them together, or would I be overdosing? How about alternating one day with one, the next day with the other...? Thank you very much for your feedback.
Hi Mattizzle35, thank you for your inquiry. A combination of Vegetarier Depot tablets with omega-3 fatty acids would make sense, but is not feasible in terms of production technology. Such a product would either contain too little calcium or too few omega-3 fatty acids. So you would have to make compromises. This would not serve anyone.
We therefore recommend taking Actilife Vegetarian Depot Tablets and Actilife Algae Oil Capsules for the supply of omega-3 fatty acids. With this combination, the body would be optimally supplied. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Could it be that the B12 content has been increased?
Hello Lennard, thank you for your request. The previous product contained 9 micrograms of vitamin B12. The current product has 50 micrograms of vitamin B12. We have adjusted this because people who eat a vegetarian diet have a higher vitamin B12 requirement. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I am vegan and have been taking this well-built preparation since the changeover. Iron/calcium top. Unfortunately, the B12 content of 2000% !!! percent is far too high. My blood values are too high in this area. I have only been taking the product every 2nd day for 1 year and the blood value is still too high. A lot does not always help a lot. An overdose of B12 is possible and as undesirable as an underdose.
Hello Corolina, unlike some other vitamins, vitamin B12 is not expected to have any adverse health effects, so the amount of vitamin B12 contained in the Actilife Vegetarian Depot is safe. Instead of a combined preparation, you could also take calcium, iron and vitamin B12 individually, so you can adjust the dosage to your needs. You can find suitable products for this in the Migros range. We recommend that you seek medical advice regarding your high blood levels of vitamin B12. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, for someone who can't swallow the tablets, what are the consumption options?
Hello caliann, thank you for your question. As the product has a breaking groove, you can cut it in half at that point and ingest it that way. You can also crush the tablet. The resulting powder can be eaten directly or mixed with a meal, for example with muesli. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
But what about the depot effect when the tablet is crushed?
Thank you for your feedback, caliann. The delayed effect is not retained if the tablet is crushed. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can adolescents (over 10) take these tablets?
Hello Fasnacht2, thank you for your inquiry. The tablet can easily be halved. The "depot effect" also remains in this case, as it is generated by the tablet core and not by the coating. Dosing with a ½ tablet makes sense in this case. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

How many units of vitamin D are contained in the Vegetarian Depot? My doctor told me that I need 1000 units/day. Unfortunately, the amount of vitamin D is stated differently on the packaging.
Hello Alpaca, thank you for your question. 1 tablet contains 600 units of vitamin D. An alternative would be the product Actilife Vitamin D3 & K. This contains 800 units of vitamin D. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
