excellent effect
I am very satisfied with the product. I take one capsule a day and also a tablespoon of linseed oil (e.g. in my salad) which also contains Omega3. I tolerate it very well and am happy to recommend it to others.

Hard to imagine life without it as a vegan. However, this variant costs more than twice as much as the fish oil pack. The large pack (60 tablets) costs only CHF 9.95. It would be great if there was also a large pack for the vegan alternative.
Price - performance seems to be good compared to similar products. In general, however, it is hardly possible to assess the quality of food supplements without the results of independent laboratory analysis (nutrients and harmful substances).
The price is a bit high, but I'm happy to have the vegan version.
