I have been taking Actillife Omega 3 algae oil for years, one tablet a day, and I am very happy with it. I don't eat fish! As I have had inflammation in my thighs for some time and therefore leg pain, I have increased the dose to 2 tablets a day. The leg pain has disappeared and I feel well. As soon as I took only 1 tablet again, the pain returned. I would like to continue taking 2 tablets a day, but the packaging says not to exceed the dose of 1 tablet. Why???? Is this a problem if I continue to take 2 tablets or can I continue to do so with a clear conscience? Thank you for your answer.

I find the new blister packaging questionable. It was actually made for 40 capsules, but there are only 30 inside (10 empty spaces). That's a waste of packaging material, isn't it?

The format for the blister and folding box has remained the same, but the format set is now designed as standard for a 20-capsule blister. You misunderstood my question. What I meant was that a pack contains fewer capsules than it did about half a year ago, i.e. has the product become more expensive because the contents have been reduced?

Previously we were able to pack all 30 capsules in one blister. The new blisters from the supplier are only designed for 20 capsules, so we now use two blisters of 15 capsules each.
