Why did you change the tablets from 2 to 3 a day?
Hello Lugigugi, thank you for your inquiry. For food law reasons, we had to replace the retinyl (vitamin A) with beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A). Therefore, significantly more beta-carotene is needed to achieve the same vitamin A activity. In addition, less active ingredient fits into a capsule than into pressed tablets. Which information is correct now, the one on the packaging with 2 tablets and low vitamin information, or with 3 tablets daily?
