I am in my first month..but I find it very good😊
I am not convinced by the product. On the one hand, the chewable tablets contain an extremely high amount of acid and a considerable number of sweeteners - for this reason alone, I cannot tolerate them. One tablet provides 100% of the daily requirement of magnesium. The fact that the packaging now says 1 - 2 tablets a day is recommended can end in disaster. An unhealthy, rather dangerous product.
2 tablets 1000mg L Carnitine. 1 tablet of Burgerstein 600. And the price difference is damn big. Very good Migros. Generous price and content.
