Good for salad dressing
I use it for myself and occasionally for my cat.
This product is horrible to take and caused me to vomit and have an upset stomach for several days. I strongly advise people with sensitive stomachs not to take it!

I don't know if it's spray dried, but it's really not nice to add to a drink or salad. The taste isn't great. It has changed with the change in technology.
