Have others also noticed that the lenses have recently become darker in color after cleaning with a fresh solution (approx. the first 3-5 times)? Like metal deposits. Can be removed with a lot of rinsing solution and probably doesn't harm the eye. But I've never had that in the last few years! Now already the 2nd pack... is there an explanation for this?

Hello TaminaD, thank you for your patience. We have checked the case with our manufacturer and investigated the cause of the case. The solutions received for examination appear to have already been used several times, so that this discoloration could no longer be detected. Your descriptions refer to the platinum residues of the lens containers or stars contained in them, which were deposited on the lenses and in the housing casing after the first treatments.
For this reason, we have carried out platinum release tests on batches of newly produced stars and actually found an above-average release of platinum on first use. This is probably due to inadequate final rinsing or excessive platinum coating on some stars in a batch.
As a corrective measure, we have revised and re-validated the rinsing process and added an additional cycle. This does not change the reduction performance of the star after 6 hours, nor does it reduce the effectiveness of the star after the 40 treatments of the batch validation cycle. In use, this excessive release during the first applications has no negative consequences other than the unpleasant discoloration. best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros team, please also offer the peroxide solution in the 100ml size. For weekend trips I always have to go to the optical store, when I have just opened my 360ml bottle it is much too heavy and big for me to take with me. It's also a hassle for air travel, but I don't do much of that :) You already have the 100ml bottle size for other Actilens products (all in one, saline). Thank you!

I was pleased with a cheap competitor's product. But after the first bottle, I switched back to the specialist store! 1. the cleaning does not come close to that of the product from a specialist store. I also notice that it never bubbles as much after screwing the container shut as with the other cleaning agent. 2. the lens sticks so strongly inside the grille in the morning that I am afraid of damaging the lens every time. 3. the cup is much too big, so it takes too much of the agent every time!!! 4. in addition, the color red in the baskets is very bad, you can hardly see the lens. 5. please change and improve.

Sorry, but please check it yourself! I won't send it, it's too much trouble. There are others who have the same problems. Please take it into YOUR hands. Otherwise I'll still use the saline solution. And it's about the product itself, because it doesn't bubble, the cups are disastrous, they stick completely in the bowl, and with red you can hardly see it. So before you put such a product on the market, ask opticians or their products. Because this one is very bad and then also a scam, because the container is much too big and therefore it needs much more product.

Hi indios, it's a shame that you're not giving us the opportunity to check your exact bottle. So that we can at least check samples from the same production batch - this is the only way we can make clarifications - we would ask you to provide us with the lot number (letters and numbers mixed) and the best-before date. We have been offering the product for a long time. If we only had problems like the one you describe, the product would have been out of our range for a long time. Thank you for your help. As already written twice now: There have been others here who have written that it is not usable. And also already written twice: It's also about the basket, which absolutely doesn't work because 1. it's red and you can't see the lens, and 2. that the lens sticks to the inside surface of the basket and is difficult to get out, 3. the container is far too big and eats far too much lens solution for it and new: the container is not tight and leaks!!!!!!!! As hard contact lenses are being used less and less, the Acilens Hard has been removed from the range due to insufficient demand. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you an alternative for hard lenses. You can find suitable care products at your optician or in a pharmacy. Thank you for your understanding. I find the products for lenses from Migros very good and good value. Unfortunately, the new packaging is too robust, it is very difficult to get the liquid out of the bottle...this was much more practical with the old packaging. Thank you very much.

I find the new basket, where the "star" is placed directly under the lens containers, extremely impractical. I don't have such small, delicate fingers and find it difficult to remove the lenses. I wish I had the old model back, where the "star" was fixed at the bottom of the container.
