I have been using this product for years and am/were very satisfied until now. At the beginning of February 2016, I bought a new bottle and since then my eyes started to burn badly after a short time when I used this solution. However, I ruled out that it could be from the cleansing solution as I have been using this for years. This week I bought another product from Fielmann and I no longer have any problems with my eyes. Now my question to Migros: Has there been a change in the formula in the last few months? The bottle I have has the number 156405 shelf life until 2018/10. Thank you very much for your reply.

Great at first glance - only half the price of my usual lens solution. After a few weeks, my eyes became insanely sensitive to light - the ophthalmologist diagnosed extremely dry eyes and an irritated cornea. I was only allowed to wear glasses and had to constantly moisturize my eyes. After I switched back to my previous lens solution, the problem was gone. Not for sensitive eyes!

I am no longer satisfied with the new ACTILENS PEROXIDE SYTEM product. The neutralization stone is now right next to the lens basket and it is therefore much more difficult to place the lenses correctly. In addition, the new bottle is so thick that you need much more force to squeeze out the liquid. Only a non-lens wearer could have created this. sigh

Packaging changes are not always met with understanding.
We understand that such an adjustment means getting used to something new and can be annoying. Nevertheless, it is sometimes necessary to adapt products to the latest findings - be it in terms of product handling, product protection, information design on the packaging or for ecological reasons.
In the new system, the catalyst disk is directly connected to the lens basket, which increases the bactericidal effect. Ciba also has a similar container with the star close to the basket.
