Can the mini tablets also be taken during pregnancy?
Hello Mi_17, we have no information that would prevent the use of lactase as recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Lactase is an enzyme that occurs naturally in the body. Furthermore, lactase acts in the intestine and is not absorbed into the bloodstream. However, as a precaution, we recommend discussing this with the doctor treating you. I can't find any indication of how the product should be ingested. Chewed or swallowed? Thank you for your reply.
Hello Chris19, thank you very much for your question. The tablets must be swallowed. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Hello Foxl, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, there is currently a delivery interruption. However, the goods should be available again from the end of May / beginning of June. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I am newly lactose intolerant and have to stock up on tablets. Migros now has two different products and I can't really tell the difference. Lactase 6000 or Lactase Depot 20,000? Thank you very much!
Hello DagmarLactase, Actilife Lactase 6000: 100 tablets with 60000 FCC units, Actilife Depot: 30 tablets with 20,000 FCC units. There are individual differences in the degree of lactose tolerance. Those affected should seek advice from a specialist regarding the function of the substance in their diet. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
M-Infoline you probably mean 6,000 units and not 60,000 ;-)
Hello PKD, thank you for your correction - what a difference a zero makes :-). You are right: I meant 6000 units. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello I have the old and the new packaging of this tablet. As the new tablets are a bit thicker, you can hardly get them out of the dispenser. Will there be any changes in the future so that you don't have to press 15 times each time? Thank you very much
Hello M_ikem, thank you for your message. Can you tell us the lot/batch number of your pack so that we can trace it? This usually starts with L and can be found near the expiration date. In principle, we check the removal of the tablets for every batch produced. In individual cases, however, it can happen that tablets cannot be removed directly by pressing the dispenser button. We suspect that individual tablets are jammed in the tablet chute and are therefore not coming out properly. The problem can be solved by gently shaking the dispenser. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The problem does not seem to have been solved. The tablets are not coming out. I've tried several brands, but actilife doesn't work. They also taste bad compared to others. Will use up and change again.
Hello MarcoCH, thank you for your feedback. The team responsible addressed the issue around two months ago. As the procurement market for packaging is currently presenting us with a number of challenges, the adjustment will take some time. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
