Tasty soup chicken with lots of fat. Perfect for Filipino dishes such as tinola or arez caldo.
Simply defrost and then carve. The use of a cooking pot is highly recommended.
Cook for more than 40 minutes à la coquette minute, otherwise not tender enough!

Much too expensive buy it only in an emergency otherwise witlr get it directly from the farmer
