Use it to make sweets. I never bought it before because of its high price. Now

Of course, we're talking about industrial pizza mozzarella, so it's not real mozzarella. But for pizza it's perfect, little water, melts well and forms a thin cheesy film on the pizza!

Great for pizza and parmiggiana as it is drier than normal mozzarella
