Actually a good, dry mozzarella, ideal for pizza, albeit quite expensive. However, it's always a surprise what you get. Once it was past its expiration date by several days, then completely tasteless and crumbly, and now it has air bubbles, a slimy surface, and orange-brown spots. I definitely won't be buying it again.

Of course, we're talking about industrial pizza mozzarella, so it's not real mozzarella. But for pizza it's perfect, little water, melts well and forms a thin cheesy film on the pizza!
