I can only agree with the previous speakers. I have been buying this mix for over 20 years and it has always been very, very good. As we eat a lot of fondue, I also mix in Tête de Moine or Appenzeller for a change. And suddenly Migros makes the same mistake as Coop and adds starch. Now I have to grate the cheese myself. Because on the one hand I use corn starch, on the other hand I'm not sure whether the potato starch is evenly distributed. However, I often don't need exactly the 400/600/800 g that are in the packet, as some guests eat less or I mix in other cheeses. So I no longer know how much starch I need. I've been making fondue for 40 years and know exactly how much corn starch I need and if someone can't do that (although it's written on the packet for standard quantities), then they should buy one of the many ready-made mixes. They are already available with the wine in them. But why does Migros, like Coop, have to ruin a very good product?
1 star is even too many. Migros is optimizing its profit margin at the expense of this once good product. Unfortunately just another reason to avoid this store in future
Too bad the recipe has been changed. The new starch is unnecessary. Flavor & consistency well... The previous version was great and my favorite for many years. It's a good thing I only bought one pack.
Please use the previous recipe again. Thank you.
Potato starch is cheaper than cheese. How cheeky is that? Just to increase the profit margin.
Brazen and shameful. That's how price cutting works. I wonder how long this comment will stand.
A little special this time - light taste of gorgonzola - otherwise our favorite
The new recipe is almost unpalatable, sour and tastes bad. If Migros does not revert to the old recipe, I will buy the fondue mix elsewhere.
I can only agree with all the negative reviews.
Why do you have to make something very good worse???????
Big disappointment, 8 grams of starch for 400 grams of cheese is far too much. The taste and consistency are not satisfactory. Please offer us only the cheese blend without starch.
Since it was remade, it no longer tastes fine. It's rubbery and the taste has also deteriorated. What a shame. I only ever bought this fondue because I could make everything myself.
Hiillffee!
Why do you have to change a perfect product?
If that's what you want, you can choose a "finished product"!
I didn't mention a name...
Please again WITHOUT starch!
