Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative reviews. Preparation is strange, lumpy, tough and no flavor. Will never buy again and advise against it! Unfortunately had to dispose of the fondue... Too bad for the money!

I had the 600g pack and it was lousy, chewy, rubbery, little flavor, the croute doesn't get crispy, more like greasy caramel. Simply disgusting. The starch was probably added so that even less mature, cheaper and therefore wetter cheese could be used. Seriously, Migros, are you ruining the last classics now? Is no one ashamed?
I thought to myself while preparing and eating it that something was wrong. I have known this mixture since I was a child and unfortunately I have to agree with the previous reviews: the change in the recipe was not a good idea. Apart from the consistency (you can still live with that), it just doesn't taste good and is bland.
You're looking forward to a good fondue and you realize as soon as you start preparing it that something is wrong. The taste and consistency can no longer be compared with the previous quality. It was the same with the Black Forest gateau, which I no longer buy from Migros even after the recipe change.
