As liquid as quark, but the picture reminds me of ricotta. Useless! Customer service has no comment on this either. Still waiting.
So much better than the Italian brand's ricotta cremosa. Perfect for spinach cannelloni and not too salty.
Very tasty, low in sugar, and good consistency.
A lid to close it after opening would be very nice.
