tastes like marzipan and the pistachio pieces are of rather poor quality, it is also a shame that the brown pistachio skin has not been removed.
with these little pieces of pistachio, a real treat!
The ice cream is OK, but it tastes like bitter almond or something else, certainly not pistachio. Why don't you make a real pistachio ice cream and call this one "Pistachios for Central Europe" ;-)

The ice cream tastes much more like marzipan than pistachios. I would not recommend it.
