Even though this sauce is not the classic tomatillo-based salsa verde, it delights with its fresh, mild spiciness. It is an absolute treat with carnita tacos and perfectly spices up every bite.
After eating 1 tablespoon of vegetables from a large frying pan, I experienced extreme intestinal pain and diarrhea several times, among other things. It could be a coincidence. But as someone who is sensitive to various foods, I suspect the solanine contained in green tomatoes. I would therefore advise people with similar conditions to be cautious. Otherwise, it just tastes like vinegar and is slightly spicy.
I find the SALSA VERDE very tasty and would buy it again.

Unfortunately, the spiciness overpowers the rest of the flavors! I also find the consistency a little too runny, so it's not really suitable for use as a dip.
Very liquid, rather sour, the kids didn't like it very much, we thought it was okay, wouldn't buy it again.
