These are not typical pastry sheets (such as those used for croissants or similar baked goods). They are intended for special Eastern European dishes, for example Hungarian rétes. Please bear this in mind when buying. This is why some say that the dough tears easily and dries out quickly.

Delicious. However, some of the leaves are a little difficult to separate from the rest without them tearing. With a lot of dexterity, it's ok.

They do not reach me, they are more brittle, they are dying, they are falling apart. The leaves on the road are broken off.
Not suitable for spanakopita/örek, as it is far too crumbly - unfortunately makes rolling impossible. Even brushing with extra oil doesn't help, and the dough is also quite floury in taste.
