We really like these udon noodles. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that you can't find the noodles under the term "udon" in the Migros app, even though it's written in big letters on the packaging. You can only find them under "wheat noodles" ;-)

They don't taste particularly good and don't absorb the salt in the soup/broth. Were they pre-cooked in salt-free water?
