Excellent product, but absolutely not a spread (inedible as such for me). I make creams with it, and in the UK it is also used in cakes, scones etc. We have lemon curd every Sunday with fresh nidle and a little plum brandy.

Der englische Klassiker. Meine selbstgemachte Lemon Curd ist nicht wesentlich besser. Wer den Arbeitsaufwand scheut, ist mit diesem Produkt gut bedient.
