Super smooth on the palate
Good tofu. With a good spice or good thing, it is very tasty.
Unfortunately the recipe has been changed. It used to be my favorite tofu, but now there is much more water in the tofu and it splatters extremely when frying. I am looking for a replacement. The list of ingredients and nutritional information on the packaging has also been removed. Is there something to hide?

The new quality is not as good as the old. There's more liquid in the package.
New quality better or exactly as good as old. Just because there is more liquid in the packet does not make the tofu more watery or less "protein-rich". The nutritional values have remained exactly the same.
It used to be great, but for a few weeks now it has had a much higher water content, and not just in the packaging. This reduces the taste, worsens the consistency and makes it splatter when frying. And it improves Migros' margins: more water = more profit.
