Delicious with lemon juice
Taste surprisingly similar to real fish sticks (which is not a compliment for them). So far the only vegan substitute that can keep up and is quite good on its own. I switched from the pretty bad Alnarura to these because they are actually better. It's a shame that they're not organic, but all the vegan meat substitutes are so highly industrially processed that this is probably not possible in principle
