Not yet open, even though I had bought it for the night of December 31 to January 1, 2026, but just as I was about to do so, I received the first news about the fire in Crans-sur-Sierre. So I didn't feel like it anymore and stayed on the balcony.

It doesn't have to be. At best, it reminds me of non-alcoholic "sour cider". But tastes like a palatable sparkling wine - just without alcohol? Far from it. I'd rather have a Perldor or Rimuss, they have flavor. I can't recommend this drink at all.
